- All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In unfortunate case, if you received an unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address, phone number and reason for return/exchange.
- Returnable/Exchangeable (unsatisfactory) items:
- Items that are terribly damage, broken or stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems or manufacturing defect (E.g. Left / right sleeve not balance)
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (E.g. Totally wrong item code, style or colour)
- Signs of washing and/or ironing, excessive wrinkling, soil or staining, pet hair, odour, damaged, marked or altered.
- Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size. Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-1" as some items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect.
- Quality and material issues are subjective and we do not promise 100% similarity of depicted items as the actual item. Some item’s colour and/or design may be slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag).
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or removable dirt.
- Accessories including jewellery, scarves and hair accessories.
- Sold out items.
- Please email to email@example.com for return authorization PRIOR to mailing the merchandise. Returned items must be in like stated in no.2 and 5. Send to us no later than 7 days (local) and 30 days (international) after being authorized by us. Include the detail in the email: order number, product code, name, address, phone number and reason for return/exchange.
- Returned items must be in the original condition: Tag still attached, unused, unwashed, and unaltered and with original packages. Returns will be accepted if delivered back within 7 days (Malaysia) / 30 days (International) after being authorized by us. Please pack the items carefully, damage occurring in transit can cause the items to be returned to the buyer and no refund issued.
- If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded with a credit / voucher that can be used in your next order with us. No refund in term of cash EXCEPT for the pre-order item that do not have stock/ discontinue by manufactory. Sold PRE-ORDER items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. For other case, you will be refunded in the form of store credit / voucher of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit / voucher has been updated.
- As for the postage/shipping cost, to make it simple, buyer pays for the postage and sends back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to buyer after resolving the issues.

Please let us know and we will work with you to resolve, repair or replace, if necessary, your baby carrier. SeriHana & Co makes no warranty with respect to the natural settling of the rail padding material. This warranty will become void if the product shows signs of careless handling or if the product is ripped or torn. Option to repair or replace will be made by us.
In many cases we will have a loaner available for you to borrow if your repair will take longer time. We extend this warranty to anyone that owns our baby slings, as long as our tracking label is still intact. The warranty follows the carrier, not the owner.
